LockerOnline is the rental platform behind every RED setup. It handles bookings, payments and codes, so your team does not have to.

Two sides. One system.

For visitors

Visitors book a locker together with their ticket, in presale through our portal, or on site by scanning a QR code. They pay digitally.

After booking in advance, they receive their locker number and code by email before the event starts. The locker is ready when they arrive.

On site, visitors can also rent at a self-service kiosk or a staffed desk.

For organisers

A backend that shows what is happening, while it happens.

Real-time insight into bookings, occupancy and revenue, before and during the event.

Presale data tells you what to expect before the gates open.

LockerOnline connects to your own ticket shop, so visitors book their locker in the same flow as their ticket.

Built to keep running

The locks do not depend on an internet connection. If the network on site drops, visitors still open their locker with their code.

Bookings and payments run on servers with automatic backups. If one part fails, rental continues and no booking is lost.

Developed on site

LockerOnline was not designed at a desk. It is developed at festivals.

Every season shows us what can work better. We build that into the next version.

The self-service kiosk is one example. It was built so organisers need fewer staff at the locker area. Visitors choose their locker and pay by card, without a desk.

The ticket shop integration is another. Visitors book their locker in the same flow as their ticket, and the code arrives with it.
